Premium Coaching
$200/month

All the features of the basic coaching plan and also:

  • Custom and sport specific resistance training programs to enhance performance and help prevent injuries

  • Nutrition coaching for optimum performance based on the Precision Nutrition curriculum and tailored your goals as an endurance athlete. Includes coaching in eating behavior (how and when to eat) as well as how to improve overall diet (what to eat).

 Nutrition Coaching - $100/month

  • A thorough evaluation of your current diet and habits.

  • An exploration of your individual goals whether that’s losing weight, changing your body composition, or simply perform better.

  • A habit-based approached for working both on what to eat, but also how and when to eat.

  • A long term sustainable plan that you can integrate into your life forever. This is not a “quick fix” to lose some weight.

  • We will create the plan together and meet weekly to assess progress
